She is a professional yoga and movement nerd and a lifelong student of the power of movement and physical excercise to slow common age-related challenges. Lynn Crimando, MA, C-IAYT, NBC-HWC is a board-certified Health and Wellness Coach, C-IAYT Yoga Therapist, Certified Personal Trainer, and Corrective Exercise Specialist. She has a diverse yoga teaching background who has worked extensively with seniors people with arthritis, osteoporosis, and chronic pain. She is co-founder with Eva of Age Strong Yoga, a program integrating yoga, strength training and other movement modalities for slowing common age-related changes. |
